Installing Your Wall-Mounted Hair Dryer Hood
Pre-Installation Checklist:
Wall Strength: Ensure the wall is structurally sound and can support the weight of the dryer hood and arm.
Height: The recommended installation height is between 1850mm and 2000mm (72.8 inches to 78.7 inches) above the ground.
Power Supply: Ensure there’s a wall outlet (220V/50Hz) within 500mm (19.7 inches) of the installation location.
Installation Steps:
1. Prepare the Wall:
Measure and Mark: Use the wall arm adaptor as a template to mark the drilling locations on the wall.
Drill Holes: Drill two holes with a 10.5mm diameter and 65mm depth at the marked locations.
2. Install the Wall-Arm-Adaptor:
Insert Cavities: Place the cavities into the drilled holes.
Secure with Nuts: Tighten the nuts to ensure the cavities are securely in place.
Attach Wall-Arm-Adaptor: Place the wall-arm-adaptor onto the cavities.
Secure with Washers and Nuts: Insert a washer, then a spring washer, and finally tighten the nut to secure the wall-arm-adaptor.
Additional Tips:
Level the Wall-Arm-Adaptor: Ensure the wall-arm-adaptor is level to prevent the dryer hood from tilting.
