Peppermint Essential Oil has the following main naturally occurring active constituents. Menthol (35-55%, Menthyl acetate (1-10%), Menthone (10-40%), menthofuran, cineole and small amounts of sesquiterpenes, vivid floral, flavonoids, phenolic acids, triterpenes, ursolic acid, sitosterols and minerals.

In the bath: add 2-3 caps full of Mamado
Natural Peppermint Oil to bath water.
For skin: Massage a small amount following a bath or shower
